Dynamic Mindfulness® in the Classroom

Are you stressed in your classroom or school site? Do your students shout out, argue, or get into fights? Are you struggling with classroom management? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then “Dynamic Mindfulness® in the Classroom” is the workshop for you. In this workshop, CLIC teachers who have been trained by the Niroga Institute will lead a discussion around the benefits of Dynamic Mindfulness® and learn how to integrate it into our classrooms. Dynamic Mindfulness® (DM) combines movement, breathing, and meditation for stress management and emotion regulation. During the workshop, participants will engage with Dynamic Mindfulness® in order to feel the benefits themselves. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to practice implementing Dynamic Mindfulness® and will prepared to bring it back to their own classroom or school site.
